Regulations :

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or anyone on the premises or for loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind.

Identity Verification Policy
The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card in check-in time.

At Check in time, The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. And credit card or cash deposit needed.

There’s no capacity for extra beds in the room

No Visitors are allowed at Motel or in Rooms

Children may not play outside at any time

For All Stay Overs – Check Out after 11:00 AM ,
Late Fee of $20 will be charged

It is the policy and practice of El Tejon and Pick Wick Motel to require payment in advance for guest rooms. At check-in, guests paying the nightly rate will be charged for their entire stay. Guests paying the weekly rate will be charged for the first week of their stay upon check-in.

Pets Policy

Strictly, pets are not allowed

If guests leave their belongings in the room after checkout, they will be charged in additional day’s rent for the room,
After which a holding charge of $25/day will be applied.
