Our client was referred to us by a past happy client.
They wanted a large apartment in the harbour suburbs of the East.
Natural light was extremely important, as were large bedrooms, a quiet street and a balcony.
They found the property market intimidating and options for what they liked were very limited. For the homes that were suitable, it was difficult to determine fair market value and they were worried about overpaying, in an already competitive market.
