Our client was looking to purchase an affordable property with renovation potential, in a blue chip location, that they could add value to, and create a stylish new home.
We secured before auction, a large un-renovated Art Deco two bedroom apartment with a sunroom and huge potential. The property has beautiful green views, and overlooked the park and golf course, in a blue chip location.
We recommended our clients utilise the space to create an ensuite, and removed the wall between the kitchen and living room, which they completed.
The roofspace directly above was huge, and would command great views over the golf-course, however our clients left this potential for the next owner.
